The Uniform shop is open Tuesday 3.30pm to 4.00pm every fortnight in the former canteen at Braeside. This is in the undercover area near Administration.

Please click **Uniform Order **to view the order form.  These forms can be completed and dropped in with the payment to the school office.

Payments can be made online, please see the bank details on the form.  If you do pay online, please note the amount paid and payment reference number on the bottom of the uniform order sheet.  The paid reference number is important as uniforms cannot be issued without the reference number.

The Uniform Shop bank details are different to Braeside Primary School, so please check the details on the order form prior to payment processing. Thank you
